We are seeking an experienced Lead FullStack Developer to lead of our development teams and architect innovative digital solutions for our clients. Tasks:
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and operation of web applications and cross-platform mobile apps, utilizing the latest frameworks and tools.
- Guide the development and operation of containerized backends deployed in cloud environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Take full ownership of application reliability and architecture, including managing key technical performance indicators (KPIs) with the autonomy to make necessary decisions.
- Drive technical excellence by balancing the need for feature development, strategic refactoring, and managing technical debt, fostering innovation across the team.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to provide technical insights on new features, identifying potential limitations or challenges early in the development process to ensure feasibility.
- Work hand-in-hand with design teams to guarantee high-quality UI and UX, creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Engage with client stakeholders, presenting and justifying technical decisions, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of learning and adherence to best practices in software development, architecture, and agile methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in web or mobile app development, utilizing technologies like React.js, Angular, Vue.js (frontend), Capacitor, React Native (mobile), NodeJS, Django, Flask, Symfony (backend), and both relational and non-relational databases.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, particularly with containerized services, serverless architectures, and database management.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, security practices, and sound software engineering principles.
- At least 2 year of experience in a technical leadership role, with a track record of successfully leading a software development team to deliver complex, large-scale digital products.
- A passion for creating intuitive, user-centric software and a commitment to delivering solutions that address real user needs with a focus on high-quality standards.
- Proficiency in the German language is a plus.
